Record participation, international business interest, strategic alliances, and a dazzling Fashion Gala at the heart of the anniversary event!

The 50th anniversary Kastoria International Fur Fair crowned its long-standing history with an exceptionally successful event, showcasing the timeless value and contemporary dynamism of the Greek fur industry.
This year’s fair was held under the auspices of the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO – https://gnto.gov.gr), and co-organized with TIF-HELEXPO, the Region of Western Macedonia, the Regional Unit of Kastoria, the Municipality of Kastoria, and the Municipality of Voio and The Kozani Chamber of Commerce and Industry, confirming its strategic importance on both national and local levels.
With 101 exhibitors from 12 countries, the fair attracted 672 trade visitors from 36 countries, reaffirming Kastoria’s role as an international meeting point for the fur industry.
Exhibitors came from: Greece (78), Italy (9), China (2), Croatia (1), Estonia (1), Finland (1), Germany (2), Hungary (2), Netherlands (1), USA (2), Turkey (2).
The exhibitors showcased AW25/26 collections, presenting fur as a contemporary element of luxury fashion, characterized by high aesthetics and environmental awareness.
FASHION GALA: A Prestigious Event of International Allure
The highlight of the event was the FASHION GALA, held on Wednesday, April 9th, 2025, in Hall D of the Exhibition Center, hosted by entrepreneur Ms. Alexandra Panayiotarou.
Over 300 distinguished guests - including business leaders, buyers, media representatives, influencers, and celebrities - attended a spectacular fashion show that brought the latest fur trends to life in an unforgettable way.
Among the notable attendees were Mr. Haris Sianidis, PR Manager of Beautiful People, fashion stylist and critic Ms. Ramona Vlanti, and Mr. Nikos Georgiadis, journalist and Director of OK! magazine.

The Fashion Gala featured the participation of three renowned models, each with thousands of followers, adding star power and international flair to the event.

The models graced the runway wearing creations by nine acclaimed fashion designers and five distinguished fashion brands, showcasing the artistry and elegance of high-end fur fashion.

CREATIVE HUB – The New Generation of Creators
Promoting creativity and sustainability within the industry, the event featured the CREATIVE HUB, showcasing the work of emerging and established designers and technicians who presented innovative approaches to fashion design and fur utilization.

The 50th KASTORIA International Fur Fair served as a nexus of fashion, technology, and business. The next edition, the 51st Kastoria International Fur Fair, will be held from March 18–21, 2026, marking another milestone in the industry’s global journey.
